As an experienced manager of Home Owner Associations in the Middle TN. area I depend on contractors who respond to my request for a proposal in a timely manner, are able to price the job within my community’s means, and who can be trusted to perform the work correctly, not cutting any corners. In my working relationship with Investors Choice I have never been let down and can whole heartily recommend this company to all conscientious and professionally minded people. The team of licensed contractors and craftsmen at Investor’s Choice are not only capable of meeting my ever changing needs as a Property Manager, they genuinely listen to me when I share with them my concerns over various renovation and maintenance projects in the communities I am a steward of, offering their expert advice on how best to handle the task at hand.

I highly recommend Investor's Choice to anyone looking for a team of contractors dedicated to professionalism, honesty, reliability and excellent results. I recently hired Investor's Choice to lay hardwood floors and carpet in my home. They were absolutely resourceful in helping me to find flooring to create the look I was hoping for, while staying within my budget. Their team was prompt each morning and were able to complete the project within the estimated time frame. I am so happy with my new floors and look forward to using them for our home improvements in the future.

We recently refinished our guest bathroom -- complete tear out and redo and hired Investors Choice who was highly recommended by a friend. Investors choice provides affordable and excellent service and work. Their estimate was very reasonable and the cost was the same as the estimate. Because we have 3 little ones and expecting our fourth, I asked if they could start after Thanksgiving and finish before christmas (within 3 weeks) because a wave of guests would start arriving. They finished 2 days before christmas and it is a beautiful bathroom thanks to their attention to detail. I hardly knew they were at the house, they quietly did their work and always vacuumed and cleaned any mess before leaving. They are friendly and reliable. In the 3 homes we've owned, we've lived through 7 other various home renovations and this was, by far, our best experience. If ever I had a question, I was able to get in touch with them easily. I give them my highest recommendation.

We used Investors Choice to install a backsplash in our kitchen. We loved the work so much, we decided to have them do some work in our master bathroom as well! They were wonderful to work with on both projects. They completed the projects in just 2-3 days each! And did not go over the cost of the original estimate! They were professional, courteous and meticulous in their work. They were also helpful with good, sound design advice when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. We would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

Investor's Choice has been a fantastic partner in our renovation and home improvement processes.
