I have tried 5 times to use Domestic Angels. The most recent woman I got from there has spent a total of 8 hours in 2 weeks at my house. I have 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The house is fairly large, 3500 sq ft, but she has not yet fully cleaned a single bathroom. Only 1 time was the floor washed and that was with a rap mop. She never did anything in the dining room, bar, office or school room in 8 hours. After spending almost $200 for these 8 hours I have decided to never use them again. The first day, the cleaner was wiping off my countertop in the kitchen. I keep a camera there so I have quick access. With 4 kids I like to have it handy. She didn't think it was appropriate that it was kept there and told me so. I felt like my mother-in -law was there making judgements about my home. Over the past 4 times before this cleaner, I've had a couple good ones who left after a few months. Then I had the one who left broken things around the house for me to discover later in the day. They weren't terribly valuable and I did not ask the agency for them to replace the items, but I did tell them about it. It has been disappointing over and over. I don't like feeling like I owe an explanation to my housekeeper. I have a torn disk in my back, so I need someone else to wash the floors for me. That doesn't seem like a big request to me considering the job, but I have yet to find someone from this agency who does it without complaint.

I would like to start off by saying..... Not too many people anymore say when they have had the positive experience! I started using Domestic Angels in January. I reviewed their website and wanted to give them a try. I called and made the appointment the office staff was just a sweet as they can be. I had many questions and was shocked how the answered them all without hesitation! My angel called me the night before to confirm. She arrived on time. I had a list a mile long! She was eager to please. She was very respectful and did everything on my list. After she was done she had me walk with her to make sure I was pleased!!! I would recommend Domestic Angels to anyone who wants a personal experience without the commercial attitude!!!

I like others wish we had looked here first before contacting Domestic Angels. Spent $180 for 6 hrs worth of cleaning. Got very little cleaning. Carpet was not clean. Kitchen floor was not touched. Urine on toilets and seats. Bamboo floor looked awful. The list goes on... They sent out another person the following week for a "complimentary" 3 hour cleaning. Not sure how this was complimentary since we didn't get 6 hours of cleaning in the first place. On the second visit they cleaned the bathrooms satisfactorily but never touched the kitchen floor, cabinets or appliances. The carpets upstairs were vacuumed but I still found chex mix crumbs on my daughters carpet in two places. Asked for a refund for 3 hours and was again offered a reclean.. Told them no I did not want them in my home again. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau but it will unlikely be accepted since they did offer a reclean.. I suggest anyone considering using this company search "domestic angels nashville complaints" on the web..

All I wanted was for them to clean the kitchen, bathroom and vacuum my small condo. They first voiced concern on the phone when booking the appointment over exactly how messy my home was. I left a note for the "Angel" asking her to call me when she arrived so I could explain some things to her. She never called. I had to call the office for them to tell me that they "didn't feel they could help me." I assure you reader's, my home was nothing to call the health department over. I reached out for help and was willing to pay for it. I was denied by this company. Clean up before you call the cleaning lady!
