This company promises 5-10 minutes EVERY TIME you call but, they leave you sitting and sitting and that 5-10 minutes can turn into a hour or more. Very unreliable. I schedule a pick up a hour or more in advance to get to work on time and i barely get there to clock in at my work time although my pick up time should have had me arrive 30 minutes prior to clock in.Even though i plan things out and try to count for there late arrival i still barely get to work on time. Speaking to the "MANAGER" i get told that if no one wants to take my call that they dont have to. I am a small 7-10 dollar ride but its my only means to work therefore i rely on them. Its not enough right now for them to come and get me but, in hard times they will be wanting to make sure i am taken care of. So today i change companies.
